Fall Training Schedule (week of Sept 21st)

Volleyball: Tuesday - Friday: 3:30-5:00pm

Swimming: Mon & Weds: 3:30-4:30pm

Cross Country: Mon - Weds: 3:45-5:00pm 

Varsity Soccer: Tue & Thur: 3:30-4:30pm 

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ 

*All sessions are 3:30-4:30pm in the Athletic Center. 

*Athletes must bring a water bottle and towel to all workouts

*All athletes should report DIRECTLY to the locker rooms/athletic center upon dismissal/arrival

 IMPORTANT:  All athletes must be cleared through RegisterMyAthlete.com (RMA) before they are eligible to begin training of any kind.  A link to the site as well as instructions as to how to create an RMA account can be found on our website.

All middle school and elementary sports have been postponed until further notice.  Please continue to check back for updates on all of our athletic programs.
