Volleyball: Tuesday - Friday: 3:30-5:00pm
Swimming: Mon & Weds: 3:30-4:30pm
Cross Country: Mon - Weds: 3:45-5:00pm
Varsity Soccer: Tue & Thur: 3:30-4:30pm
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
*All sessions are 3:30-4:30pm in the Athletic Center.
*Athletes must bring a water bottle and towel to all workouts
*All athletes should report DIRECTLY to the locker rooms/athletic center upon dismissal/arrival
IMPORTANT: All athletes must be cleared through RegisterMyAthlete.com (RMA) before they are eligible to begin training of any kind. A link to the site as well as instructions as to how to create an RMA account can be found on our website.
